Maggianos's Little Italy...

http://www.maggianos.com/en/Pages/home.aspx

For a good hearty Italian style meal visit Maggiano's in Bellevue.  The restaurant is located in the downtown area, with decor that is very much congruent to the menu tastes of Italy.  The dining area has a sense of openness that allows patrons to enjoy meals with home-like atmosphere, and because of this, it creates the value of feeling as if you are at your own dinner table amongst friends and family.  The menu has its own various renditions of what other restaurants of this sort offer, though the difference is that it's not just good food, but great Italian food!

El Puerco Lloron (The Crying Pig)

Pretty much some of the best Mexican food I have had in Washington State, which is saying a lot since I come from Arizona. Last time I was there I had the Tacos de Pollo - Grilled chicken with red sauce, cabbage onions and fresh tomatoes inside of fresh corn tortillas. Not usually being a fan of corn tortillas I was pleased with how good this dish was, probably somewhat attributable to the fact that those tortillas are handmade on the spot. I very much appreciated the simplicity of the menu, the low prices, the great quantity of food, and the authenticity of the food and restaurant.

A must eat if you are ever in downtown Seattle, near Pike Place Market. With stellar reviews, this is not a place you'll want to miss.

Jimmy John's

http://www.jimmyjohns.com/menu/menu.aspx

This sandwich joint is fantastic! The sandwiches are made promptly after you order, and guests are served up fresh quality deli meats, cheeses, veggies, spices, and sauces, with the additive options of chips and soda.  You can eat there, or grab something for takeout, or even utilize their delivery service.  See the link for the menu. "The Gargantuan" is great for those who enjoy larger sandwiches, or if you're just really hungry :)

Boka Kitchen + Bar

Though I have not been yet, I have had this restaurant highly recommended to me on multiple occasions. According to the reviews (which give it 4/5 stars in most cases) the food is great, particularly the truffle fries. It's definitely on my list of places to try.

From Boka's website:
"Executive Chef Angie Roberts sources ingredients for our menu that are organically grown, sustainably produced, and purchased from local farmers and producers whenever possible. Our menu is currently comprised of 85-90% organic ingredients. Our wine list features an eclectic selection of wines from around the world, with a focus on the Northwest. We strive to create, through food, beverage, and service, an unforgettable experience in a beautifully designed, cozy and comfortable atmosphere."

"Delicious food lining a dazzling 24-hour menu, engaging line chefs who banter playfully, and friendly, professional servers keep you coming back time and again."
                                                                                         -13 Coins

The fantastic luxury of 24-hour food service keeps me going back to 13 Coins.  Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner at anytime, with a plethora of menu items.  The environment is wonderfully lit, you can sit in the diner-like chairs along the cooking area, or in comfortable oversized booths, as well as larger tables for group dining.  The atmosphere and numerous dishes provides patrons a great time at any hour.

p.s.- The fried-ravioli is amazing!!!  The omelets are yummy too!!!

Tawon Thai

I went to this Thai restaurant in Fremont a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Though it doesn't look promising from the outside, the inside decor is definitely up to par, nicely decorated for a casual lunch, and the food was great. My boyfriend and I split the pad thai with yellow chicken curry lunch special, which was enough food for both of us to be stuffed and for me to eat the leftovers for another meal as well.

Check it out!
